How do I pay for the training session?
We accept all major credit cards: Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. We do not support Paypal at this time.
What do I do if my trainer doesn’t show up?
Our trainers will do everything possible to meet their commitments with you,
however, if they get hit by a truck or win the lottery or are trapped under
something heavy we will credit your account and let you reschedule. Contact
customerservice@gamertrainer.com with any questions.
Can I buy training sessions for someone else?
Absolutely! Visit our store and you can buy gift certificates for that someone
special who has everything.
What if I want a training session for a game not on your site?
We are always bringing on new trainers and new games. If you are burning to
learn a game not supported visit our forums and leave us a post in the “New Game
Suggestions”.

So how does this all work, anyway?
It’s pretty easy – You start by clicking on ‘register for a training session.’
Choose your platform and game. Click the GT symbol on the calendar which
highlights the days trainers are available for you. Submit our simple training
session form and let us know what YOU want to learn. After you chose a training
time, submit your form, and pay, you will receive an email confirming your
session. Then, just show up on your chosen platform on the date and time of your
session. Your Gamertrainer will send you a game invite. Then you are on your way
to unleashing you game!
How do I become a trainer?
As of right now, all of our Gamertrainers have been pwning us for many years and
in spite of that, we still enjoy spending time with them. If you think you are
good enough AND have a personality that allows you to make friends and influence
people, then please fill out our gamertrainer application. We will then contact
you, spend some time with you, and decide if you are ready to join our team of
awesome people.
How long are the training sessions?
Training sessions are sold in increments of 1 hour and can last as long as you
like – buy early, buy often!
What if my training session is not going quite as swimmingly as I had hoped?
If your training session is not going that way you want it to, talk to your
trainer and tell them where they are missing the mark – they should respond
immediately. However, if in the end you are genuinely unhappy about a training
session send us a note at
customerservice@gamertrainer.com.
What if I miss my session?
If you do not notify us at least four hours in advance, you will forfeit credit
equal to the number of hours you had booked the training session for. If we are
notified in advance, your account will be credited and you will be able to
reschedule your training session.
How do I pay?
You can either pay when you sign up for the class or buy credits in advance.
What if I don’t have the money? Can I wash dishes or something?
Uhhhh…. no.
Can I just hang out with you?
Sure, you can’t have too many friends. Come join us at our forums anytime.
Do I have to pay to join your site?
Nope. However, if you want a training session, you need to pay up! Of course we
want both our friends and customers to join us at our forums at
www.gamertrainer.com/forums. So if you have not registered yet – you best
get on it… (Psst! That means you!)
Is my info safe with you?
We take your privacy and security very seriously. Please check out our Privacy

What does Gamertrainer mean anyway, that’s not even a real word?
We just made it up because it sounded cool. Besides it matches the name on all
our business cards…
What if I don’t have one of them fancy headsets?
We have the option of phone conferencing, but that costs you more. Email us at

What if I don’t even know how to start up the game thingy?
We can help you. Most games require a basic amount of insight into how the game
and game system works but for those of you to whom this is all completely new,
we will find a way to get you up to speed. It may be a conference call or
webinar but we will find a way to connect with you and help you get started with
the game. The purchase and booking of at least a 1 hour training session is
required for this service.
What games do you offer training for?
Our featured games are: Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Halo 2, Halo 3, Rainbow
Six: Vegas, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 and World of Warcraft. We are always looking to
add more! Remember if you don’t see what you are looking for and think you know
a game you would make a great trainer for contact us on our forums.
What kind of guarantee do I get?
If you want guarantees buy a toaster.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do now?
Hit the ‘I forgot my password’ button on the login screen and we’ll mail it you
the email address you gave us.
What do I do if I have a problem with a training session?
First thing, talk to your trainer, second talk to your trainer, third talk to
your trainer. If after three times you can’t get it resolved drop us a line at
customerservice@gamertrainer.com.
How do I register for a login?
Easy, just click “sign up now – it’s free”
Can you send me your logo so I can get it tattooed on my insert
inappropriate body part here?
Absolutely, as long as we get an image to post on our site.
What does Ganked/pwned/fragged mean?
It means that you need to spend more time with us.
Am I too old to play games against these freakishly fast kids?

How do I get a refund?
It’s not our general policy to offer refunds, but if for any reason your trainer
fails to show up at your reserved session without prior notice, or you feel you
have a legitimate beef, then please explain your situation in an email and send
it to
