Note that PS3 is outselling the 360 but the Wii is better than both combined! Who is still buying PS2's?

Microsoft did own the top spot for software sales as the 360 version of NCAA Football 09 moved more units than anything else last month and the Xbox 360 version of Soul Calibur IV outsold the PS3 version by approximately 63K units. The rest of the chart is dominated by Wii and DS games. Guitar Hero:On Tour selling nearly 370,000 units has to make Activision happy.

This seems to be a trend in topics. The Wii really appeals to that "new" gamer, the soccer mom. Someone here once said the Wii is great for people who don't like video games. While I wouldn't go that far, it does appeal to an entirely different type of gamer. Wii Fit anyone?

its all their fault there are to many simple causal games out there, we get 40 wii sports/fits a year and have to wait 3+ years for decent games like sequels to resident evil, dead rising, gears ext.
