Love it and hate it but mostly love it... Xbox LIVE is tops, game catalog is probably the strongest of the bunch (others may argue that the PS2 library for the PS3 evens the playing field) and they have the game update system nailed! Really the biggest issue is the failure rate... I am on my third 360 and we actually now have a back up system (you really know it's bad when you resort to that!) Other gripes would be the relatively small hardrive, the lack of bulit in USB charging for the controllers and the high cost of games on the Arcade...
Overall Though... High Marks...

I love my 360 its library of solid games is great. Even though the customer support sucks, everyone I know is on their second or third Ironically my original xbox would still have warranty til '09 but the one they sent backs expired in feb so I get to live with a broken 360 forever because they want to charge 110 bucks to repair what they sent out broken. If they would sort out the marketplace so they didn't charge for everything and make games feel stripped with "exciting downloadable content" -->(translation)"we've stripped our game to bare bones so you can buy the rest of it in installments" to soar a games cost well over 100 bucks by the time you add on the tiny amount of content you get via download. I always look at it as a what you get for a price like how a 6 gig game like jade empire is 1200 points and a 52 mb arcade game is 800? they never quite explained that one.

I had to wait like 45 minutes on the phone with the lady trying to figure out what was wrong when I said that they were cnd points going to america in the first place. why must M$ be so full of stupid.
